Bayside Luxury
This project started in the spring of 2021 with a visionary client (Brandon & Courtney Biles) who placed more value on the way they live and entertain than on the square footage of the home they were building. Instead of choosing to build a huge house on their premium Destin, FL bayside lot, they chose to reserve the heart of the property for the Outdoor Living Experience. And the result speaks for itself! The combined pool, spa, pool house, turf, and patio spaces and features combine for a one-of-a-kind lifestyle creation that constantly beacons the homeowners outdoors. It has become the centerpiece for entertaining friends and family arriving from both land and sea throughout the day and long into the night!
We were honored to be brought into this project by the General Contractor Shawn Norris who had seen some of our previous projects on the Florida coast and wanted to create something special for his clients. We were able to bring Kraig Crossley and Watermark Pool & Spa to the team from the beginning -- providing the detailed pool construction knowledge and skills needed to build a vessel of this level. Hunter Gary and I worked together to provide the detailed hydraulic and Watershape Design Development Drawings needed, and stayed involved throughout the process to work with the manufacturers and specialty contractors needed to bring this vision to life! And a shout-out to Dakota Wyatt for his eye behind both the camera and video lens. This is one that will be shown and seen for many years to come!
